From The Pastor:
Jesus Christ claimed to be “The Way”! (John 14:6). In the original language, the word “Way” (hodos- Greek) mean progress along a road highway or path. It includes both the mode and the means of the progress. It implies a place of origin and a destination. In context, Jesus Christ is referring to the destination, “coming to the Father” (God Jehovah). The origin is implied, separated or absent from the Father. The bible teaches that without faith in Jesus Christ, we are dead in our trespasses and sins. We are dead to God and enemies of Him. We are at emnity with the Father. Jesus Christ is both our means and our mode, through faith and repentance, to “come to the Father, and receive eternal life in mansions in glory! (John14:1-6) THINK ABOUT IT!
